DES was originally founded in 2013 to provide an alternative to the “Big 4” and large firm experience without sacrificing the expertise and benefits available through specialization.

Guided by our mission to “provide clients with a better compliance experience,” we are committed to developing the type of CPA firm we would want to work with if we were in the market for a SOC 1 or SOC 2 audit.

Having worked both in the industry and with many of my clients for over 10 years, I'm able to develop an in-depth understanding of their systems and operations, significantly reducing the burden and work disruption associated with the audit process.

Nobody wants every audit to feel like their first audit or have to spend time training inexperienced audit staff.
